The Innovation Analyst provides support to ensure the effective development, design, planning, execution and implementation of innovation and strategic partnership tests, experiments and opportunities. With close supervision, the role is responsible for performing activities such as business modeling, business use case development, consumer and competitive analysis, learn experiments and MVP design while using basic Project Management skills, tools and techniques to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be acutely organized, and be self-driven. This is a fast-paced work environment that requires someone who is resilient and eager to be a conduit of change.

Essential Functions

* Using basic business knowledge, apply critical thinking and understanding of business to identify initiative with an impact on business outcomes, financial or performance measures.
* Proactively build relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders, including timely and relevant communication (verbal and written).
* As a self-starter, independently manage workload, trouble-shoot and problem solve while appropriately collaborating in a fast-paced, team environment.
* Utilize basic data analysis techniques to identify key insights, trends and patterns from innovation testing.
* Provide basic visualizations and/or consumable summaries of data analysis to stakeholders and business leaders.
* Leverage foundational financial analysis techniques to evaluate internal and external business opportunities, including a basic understanding of financial statements.
* Understand key financial and nonfinancial performance measures, with ability to translate into opportunity space development for innovation lab.
* Conduct market analysis (business and consumer assessment) Use Cases being screened for inclusion in Strategic Partnerships & Innovation portfolios
* Facilitate the prioritization and selection of leading concepts through a rigorous evaluation process (quantitative/qualitative analyses, consumer research, competitive analysis and concept evaluation).
* Design and lead innovation workshops and sprint sessions to drive the generation, evaluation, and prioritization of ideas
* Lead the analytical processes to identify, validate, and launch promising experiments and pilot tests through proof of concepts and minimal viable products
* Design and develop presentations for the Growth Board to execute experiments and MVP's
* Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
* Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
* Foundational Project Management and Data Analytics experience preferred
* Less than two years related experience required
