Position Summary


 


The marketing strategist is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of B-to-B and B-to-C marketing plans and programs for Cassling (www.cassling.com), a business unit of CQuence Health Group. The Marketing Strategist works to build brand awareness, accelerate the contact-to-close funnel, and enhance customer experience.


 


Due to Covid-19, we are currently offering work from home arrangements until it is safe to return to the office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Works with the marketing manager of Cassling to plan marketing strategies and manage/execute campaigns and customer programs.

  • Work with key stakeholders, including sales and service leaders, to plan, manage and execute multi-media marketing campaigns and product launches to accelerate the contact-to-close funnel and generate revenue (e.g., through account-based marketing programs).

  • Serve as marketing consultant to customers who purchase marketing services packages, including relationship management, strategy, project execution and measurement.

  • Facilitate the development of healthcare and company thought leadership content.

  • Identify the needs and guide the research and education efforts aimed at connecting employees to major trends impacting clients and markets.

  • Help develop and implement programs designed to improve the Cassling Customer Experience.

  • Assist in strengthening the Cassling brand.

  • Serve as liaison to Sales team, including relationship management, market introductions and sales enablement collateral repository.

  • Collaborate with external partners/teams and adhere to approval processes, as applicable.

  • Set up tracking systems and coordinate feedback to improve campaign performance.

  • Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy.

  • Remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy.

  • As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps to create a work environment conducive to solving problems.



Knowledge Skills and Attributes



  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing automation tools and technologies (eg. CRM and Hubspot).

  • Experience managing and tracking social media—including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Ability to simplify complex information into user-friendly concepts and content.

  • Ability to interface with multiple functions and various personnel including C-suite to frontline employees.

  • Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

  • Able to work independently at handling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal oral, and written communications skills.

  • Able to work and contribute in a team environment.

  • Ability to research and interpret industry-related issues.

  • Proficient in Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)



Education and Experience



  • Undergraduate degree in journalism, business, public relations, communications or related field required.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare marketing required.

  • APR or PCM accreditation preferred.
