The primary focus of the position is to assist the Vice President of Sales through the development and implementation of sales reports from various databases.  Carefully reviews the performance of business units and territories through sales data. Utilizes analysis to establish strategies and guide management decisions related to the business units and territories.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Work with others to continually develop CRM software to ensure most optimal and efficient data reporting. 

  • Map current sales-related processes and recommend improvements to optimize future efficiencies and performance.

  • Develop solutions for resolving business challenges that arise in the daily operations of the business.

  • Compile and prepare accurate, meaningful, and timely reports, graphs and charts that provide insights into the performance of the business.

  • Own moderate processes and/or portions of complex processes.

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of sales procedures to better understand and identify future needs and challenges.

  • Involve all support functions in delivering standardized best practices and process improvement solutions across sales.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and training of various reporting platforms such as Business Objects, Tableau and PowerBI.

  • Troubleshoot and question data quality in reports.

  • Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of Cassling and its customers are maintained.

  • As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps create a work environment conducive to solving problems.

  • Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check, and training records.

  • Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy.



Knowledge, Skills and Attributes



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial analysis role.

  • High end user of Microsoft Excel. 

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and private information.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

  • Ability to interact competently and comfortably over the telephone.

  • Oral and written communication skills.

  • A team player, cooperative.



Education and Experience



  • Related college degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with computers including but not limited to advanced skills in Microsoft Products including PowerBI, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau and SQL database knowledge and data warehouse experience is a plus. 

  • Experience in statistical modeling preferably in a sales or operational role

  • Experience in Operations

  • Experience owning and contributing to projects and/or portions of processes
