Custom & Integration Services provides custom-tailored solutions to our clients. We help clients achieve unique business goals through custom development and integration solutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be working directly with clients and their 3rd-party vendors on projects involving system integration via Fiserv APIs or custom development of bank-specific programs.
  • Collaborate with Fiserv product subject-matter experts and other internal teams to design custom solutions.
  • Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity in the completion of assignments.
  • Effectively communicate using all mediums (verbal, electronic, written, etc.)
  • Utilize highly-developed organization skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities on a daily basis.
  • You will develop detailed statements of work to present to clients of their custom solution
  • You will conduct regular status meetings for all active projects
  • Provide sales support with Service Managers and Client Partners for clients exploring custom solutions
  • Monitor all deliverables to ensure that all business requirements are addressed per the statement of work
  • You will provide attentive post-delivery support to clients
  • Deliver weekly project status updates to management
  • You will actively contribute to internal process improvement
  • Ability to communicate with clients and teammates with a wide range of technical understandings, from C-level clients to senior software developers

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a software project setting, banking, or other comparable industry
  • Ability to accurately interpret complex business requirements from clients to create detailed technical specifications development
  • Excel in clear and precise communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work productively alone and with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects while maintaining high degree of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience with Fiserv Products: Premier®, Precision®, Cleartouch®, Retail Online, or Focus are highly preferred.
  • Experience developing software applications in a Windows environment.

Travel Required:

  • As needed, <5% on average
