The Knowledge Transfer (KT) Project/Process Manager’s role is to plan and lead KT projects and support teams and managers who are using the KT tools and processes.  This role requires the ability to manage complex projects with teams in large enterprise organizations, represent the Talent Risk Management (TRM) and KT program to executives and stakeholders, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders as needed.

What you will do:

  • Plan and lead KT projects/processes
  • Produce or coordinate core deliverables for each KT project: Communication plan, kick-off meetings, Talent Risk Process Owner (TRPO) support,  Skill Development Plans (SDPs), KT Workshops, First Meetings, scorecard reporting
  • Deliver presentations on the TRM and KT program, process, and tools
  • Prepare executives and managers to deliver TRM presentations and messaging
  • Management of complex projects or programs in large enterprise organizations
  • This position requires extensive or prolonged typing/keyboarding.
  • This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.
  • This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
