Job Summary

American National Bank is looking for a new Identity and Access Management Analyst to implement and enforce security policies that protect systems and data from access by unauthorized users. This role will create and carryout procedures established for onboarding and terminating new employees, creating network and application accounts and provisioning access and privileges to systems and data based on job roles. The analyst will utilize Active Directory and assorted security tools to track and manage access controls for sensitive data protection in structured and unstructured data storage environments. The ideal Identity and Access Management Analyst will have a high level knowledge of enterprise security architecture, 2 or more years in a similar role with direct knowledge of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), and possess strong communication skills.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support for access administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, and changes to access controls, etc.).
  • Utilize Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance to support role based access.
  • Follows documented methods and practices to deliver effective, efficient and professional operations support.
  • Recommends process improvements or operational efficiencies to drive increased value for the customer, the team, and the program.
  • Hands-on Active Directory and LDAP experience.
  • Identify security concerns and raise to senior staff.
  • Understand common computer operating systems and applications.
  • Provide support to end users on a variety of IT systems.
  • Identify, research, and resolve employee access problems.
  • Respond to Business Users to telephone calls and email requests/tickets for service.
  • Document, track and monitor provisioning tickets to ensure a timely resolution.

Experience and Education

  • 2+ years’ security experience including working knowledge of RBAC and understanding of privileged access controls.
  • Experience with any of the following technologies/products: Authentication and SSO, Varonis DatAdvantage, Ping Identity, DUO Multi-Factor Authentication, or other Privileged/Identity Access Management solutions is preferred.
  • 2 year Associate’s Degree in technology related program or equivalent experience required.
  • Information Technology and Security Certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance.
  • High level knowledge of enterprise security architecture.
  • Familiar with various regulations and policies related to information security for the financial industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions at all levels across the organization.
  • Must be resourceful, creative, innovative, results-driven and adaptable.
  • Aptitude for seeing things in an open-minded way and examining an idea or concept from many different angles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate processing of request.
