CSS Staffing has several open positions supporting our client as an IT Help Desk Technician in Omaha, NE.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Level 1 and 2 help desk tickets.
  • Provide positive and engaging end user experience in all situations
  • Identify and set business urgency and impact of service incidents
  • Maintain individual and team incident queue by responding to, fulfilling/resolving, or updating tasks in a timely fashion
  • Work and resolve incidents and problems based on business priority.
  • Provide support to end-users in the selection, procurement, usage and maintenance of hardware, systems software, business applications, and utilities

The successful candidate will possess experience in the following skills:

  • Deskside support skills working independently to respond to questions or issues associated with desktop, laptops and phones
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills and analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of current Information Technology, including personal computers, mobile devices, operating systems, printers, scanners, telephony, and basic networking
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team
