    The Diversity Reporting Specialist supports the project teams by using industry-leading tools and technology to import payment data, provide monthly reports to our clients, and analyze actual performance versus contract goal.

    Kiewit Business Services (KBS) is a cross-functional shared service organization that provides the business units with customer-specific services focused on cost and business value. Our services include non-core, yet essential, functions of our businesses including accounts payable, accounts receivable, change control, human capital management, payroll, project initiation, compliance and continuous improvement.

    The Strategic Reporting and Analysis Team is responsible for capturing, assessing, and publishing critical data points that reflect the successes and opportunities in our operations. This group is part of the Organizational Services area of KBS.

    Location
    This is a shared services environment in Kiewit Business Center, a Professional office setting in Omaha, NE

    Responsibilities
    - Provide timely and accurate reports to meet needs of team(s)
    - Setup new projects that have diversity contracting goals
    - Generate, format, and analyze reports out of SAP, Service Now, and other software applications
    - Enter data via manual entry or upload to various software applications (B2GNow)
    - Prepare monthly diversity contracting reports that meet each client's specific requirements and schedules
    - Proactively support Kiewit's and KBS' goals and strategies
    - Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external Kiewit departments; understands Kiewit's core business and promotes a sense of urgency toward critical business issues
    - Develop and maintain a network with all levels of the company management
    - Reliable and consistent attendance 
    - Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
    - Perform any other job-specific duties as needed or assigned
    - Setup meetings with jobsites to get the projects setup using B2GNow
    - Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain monthly submissions

    Qualifications
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    - Ability to learn, interpret, and follow a variety of diversity contracting regulations and procedures
    - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and recognize discrepancies
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys messages and ideas, gains understanding; generates interest and holds attention, listens and is open to the ideas of others
    - Highly motivated and self-directed; initiative and a sense of urgency to get things done
    - Ability to understand both functional and end-to-end processes and controls
    - Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned work
    - Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high volume environment
    - Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
    - Excellent customer service and collaboration skills; ability to connect and build relationships with others inside and outside the organization
    - Critical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze and identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
    - Understanding of diversity contracting regulations (DBE, M/WBE, SBE, etc.) preferred
    - Accounts Payable experience preferred
    - B2GNow experience preferred
    - Experience in professional business environment preferred
    - SAP experience preferred
    - WebEx experience preferred
    - Ability to travel as needed, <10% and must hold a valid US Passport if traveling to Canada
    - Ability to lift sit, stoop, bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.
