Core Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on Service Desk Manager role who can handle managing a Help Desk team while performing some related daily activities. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate that has shown management experience while taking classes. Our goal is to lead our team with a humble attitude while improving productivity, and enforcing service standards and accountability.

Additional Information:

  • Must have verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Must be able to assist and coordinate with users of all knowledge levels
  • Must possess dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
