In these roles you will be responsible for:
• Applying cash to customer accounts for insurance premiums using a wide variety of payments - cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card.
• Processing financial transactions that include entering checks into system, depositing checks using desktop deposit, scanning checks in to an imaging system, reconciling cash accounts, and reconciling group bill payments received.
• Resolving payment discrepancies, and working suspense accounts to ensure proper application of payments
• Corresponding with internal and external customers over the phone or by e-mail.
Requirements for this role include:
• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ year(s) of experience in a basic accounting role
• 1+ year(s) of experience using MS-Excel that required you to use Sorting, Formulas, Tables & Formatting, Charting, Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting.
• Must be able to able to use a 10 key at 8000 kph or higher
Preferred Experience
  • • Worksite experience, including reconciliation of group bills.
  • Experience in face- paced , independent environment
