This person will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of B2B and B2C multimedia campaigns for the partner companies of CQuence Health Group. The marketing manager will be responsible for working to build brand awareness, generate leads, launch new products and reinforce customer loyalty. The manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the in-house marketing department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Works with leadership to set strategic direction for CQuence’s marketing efforts.

  • Responsible for developing project tasks to fulfill the marketing plans and related objectives.

  • Help develop marketing campaigns, analyze data and qualify customer leads.

  • Provide leadership for the marketing specialists including providing motivational encouragement and support, providing ongoing employee development feedback, acting as a resource for answering questions, promoting and supporting CQuence’s philosophy of service excellence.

  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, assigning work, disciplining and appraising performance of those supervised by the position.

  • Prepare monthly client billing for marketing services.

  • Together with creative services manager, prepare monthly dashboard showing lead generation, time spent on client projects, customer satisfaction and marketing outcomes.

  • Manage CRM project tool to ensure visibility and status of all marketing projects.

  • Responsible for managing CQuence’s marketing services program including customer satisfaction, lead generation and timely completion of customer work.

  • Further position CQuence as an industry resource by developing annual marketing services guidebook

  • Oversee corporate sponsorships, tradeshows and speaking opportunities.

  • Coordinate customer research projects with The Advisory Board and develop quarterly research/industry trend updates.

  • Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy.

  • Remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy.

  • As an integral part of all CQuence business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps to create a work environment conducive to solving problems.

  • Able to work independently at handling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.

  • Able to work and contribute in a team environment.

  • Ability to research and interpret industry-related issues.



Education and Experience



  • Undergraduate degree in journalism, business, public relations, communications

    or related field required.

  • Minimum of five years experience in health-care marketing required.

  • Minimum of three years management experience preferred.

  • APR or PCM accreditation preferred.
