You will have accountability for quantitative work assignment scheduling to provide optimized staffing recommendations that support operational goals. This position is responsible for the tactical schedule assignments, adjustments, trend analysis, and reporting to ensure the contact center achieves service levels and key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

About this roll*:

  • Designs and manages an efficient staff scheduling system for short-to-medium-term future needs which includes the development of shift requirements and paid time off (PTO) planning
  • Prepare, assign, and communicate optimal schedules to the agent population at regular intervals and manage shift bids as re-balancing requires
  • Maintains schedule efficiency by effectively adding and removing resources from schedulesDevelops and updates as necessary process documentation on workforce management for auditing purposes

Do you have the right ingredients*?

  • Preferred 2-3 years experience in WFM departments.
  • Preferred CMS experience.Preferred experience with workforce management software (e.g. CSI, U-WFM).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
