Our approach to working with elite sporting organisations is evolving as they increasingly want strategic alignment, rather than products that serve the individual teams and/or departments. We have recently formed a Customer Solutions team that will provide Pre Sales, Services and Product Innovation services to top tier professional sports teams. 

We are looking for you to help us lead and build a global team of Solutions Consultants, with a major focus on the global pre-sales and post-sales deliverables, methodologies and processes. You will be a key member in helping us create a scalable approach to serve leading sports teams globally. 

You Are

Experienced. You bring demonstrable expertise of building consulting teams with a focus on Pre Sales and Consulting services.

Consultative. Can apply consultative selling techniques to advance and win $M opportunities

Goal Orientated. Are both revenue and customer driven and have excelled at leading a team of technical pre-sales people and solution consultants.

Structured. Help create playbooks with revenue leaders on how to approach customers, propose, build and win large new projects with key accounts.

Creative. Help define new professional services offering and opportunities within our customer base

You Will

Work with the direct reports and support other Sr. Solution Consultants, Sales Representatives and Business/Sales leadership to:

  • Create account sales strategy from solution perspective
  • Qualify complex opportunities & prioritize opportunity coverage of the team
  • Work with the Director of Customer Solutions to build and articulate compelling multi-pillar solutions that address identified customer needs
  • Ensure the risks and costs associated with each sales opportunity are fully understood and addressed
  • Guide his team and other Sr. Solution Consultants to assist in closing large opportunities in a timely manner and set related KPIs

Work with Sr. Sales Management to:

  • Help define our pre-sales and post-sales solutions consulting process with our Director of Customer Solutions to help our Elite Customers see the value of our offerings
  • Lead a team of Solutions Consultants 
  • Define and implement Pre-Sales methodologies across the board for the Elite Sales organization.
  • Refine the skills of the team to increase the value they add in customer interactions
  • Work closely with our revenue leaders to drive value from working with the Solutions Consulting team. 
  • Help create playbooks with revenue leaders on how to approach customers, propose, build and win large new projects with key accounts.
  • Help define new professional services offering and opportunities within our customer base
  • Work with Sales leaders to grow the pipeline of new opportunities in all regions.

 

Note: This position may require travels over 50% for Customers meetings, team meetings, Quarterly reviews, regional retreats and travels to events, HQ and other regional offices.
