Manager - Data Analytics

Interested in working at Hudl? Awesome. Here’s what you need to know.

Our goal is to change the way coaches, athletes and analysts prepare for and stay ahead of the competition. Whether it’s with video, stats or a combination of the two, we want our tools to help every step of the way. That’s why we’re always hiring, and we need the best because a product is only as good as the people behind it.

To help teams and athletes win, we need a Data Analytics Manager.  The Data Analytics Manager is a leader within the Decision Science team and works to develop our data analysts while still contributing to deliver powerful insights to business leaders.

Our team is in the midst of a fundamental shift in the way that we approach analytics. In the past, we worked in ad hoc analytics, answering isolated questions by creating single-purpose datasets that were overlapping, conflicting, non-optimized, and difficult to test and maintain because they lacked shared foundations.

Our future is one of unified analytics, where we build shared, foundational data assets designed to deliver cross-cutting intelligence and insights across business domains.  Our priorities are shifting from serving only local needs to making a bigger impact on global needs, with a mandate for consistency, efficiency, speed, and quality so that our way of analytics scales.

Our Team

Decision Science is a high impact, cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Predictive Analysts, Data Scientists, and Consumer Insights Researchers at Hudl.  We combine qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and scalable analyses to power strategy at the highest levels.  We partner with internal Hudl teams and business leaders by providing self-service analytics, custom insights, and foresights to help them drive their business forward.
