Practice Management Manager

The Practice Management Manager will oversee the Practice Management team and work in collaboration with the Sales Training & Education team. This division will be responsible for providing optimized services and solutions to enable our advisors to achieve their important business objectives such as increasing revenue and lowering overhead expenses. This role will be responsible for the strategic direction of the team including the ability to create and implement practice management tools while managing internal and external partnerships to ensure success of the company and our advisors.


* Direct and influence associate and business resources to achieve business results.
* Focus on and improve ongoing coaching and development.
* Enhance and improve programs and services of each business unit. Develop new value-added products to offer advisors. Ensure content and curriculum is periodically updated. Ensure effectiveness of tactics and activities. Coordinate marketing material and sales campaigns to increase usage of the program.
* Manage team of practice management coach/consultants. Determine campaigns and ensure effective execution.
* Use Salesforce to effectively manage prospects and activity.
* Coordinate delivery of practice management programs and services.
* Track and report advisor engagement.
* Meet with prospective advisors regarding practice management programs.
* Provide consulting and coaching to Practice Management clients on a range of business issues, including business strategy, people management, and structure and workflow.


* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Series 7 and/or 66 strongly preferred
* 4-7 years related experience
* Travel will eventually be required
