Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking a Wealth Management and Investment Services Analyst to drive the business by providing sales support and education on investment products to internal and external clients. This position will be research and resolve inquiries on investment portfolios. Research and analyze strategies, investment portfolios and perform other related duties at the direction of AIC leadership. Build trusted relationships with field advisors and perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

* This role is in an internal sales desk to deliver sales support and will involve a high percentage of the average day on the telephone.
* Assist in the research and delivery of market and investment information.
* Utilize strong working knowledge of systems and databases to complete tasks
* Educate external clients on platforms and products
* Create and deliver investment analysis to provide consultation to internal and external customers
* Deliver investment training, education, and updates/reviews
* Monitor industry and regulatory changes
* Assist with the problem identification and resolution for both internal and external business partners
* Take calls from AIC orphan accounts including answering questions on items such as privacy notices and other correspondence.

Requirements

* 0-2 years of investment industry related experience required.
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination education and relevant experience required.
* Knowledge of Morningstar products desired and other technologies and platforms desired.
* Licenses and certifications:

* Position requires the Series-6 - Investment Co Products/Variable Contracts Rep (IR)
* Series-7-General Securities Rep (GS) is desired. If not currently held, must be successfully secured within 6 months of start.
* Series-65-Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam (RA) or Series-66-Uniform Combined State Law Exam (AG and/or RA) and Series-63-Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (AG) are desired. If not currently held, must be successfully secured within 12 months of start.
