Marketing Manager-Digital - Full Time Days - Immanuel Home Office

Purpose of the Job:  

The overall purpose of this job is to own day-to-day digital, social media, photography, and video marketing operations for Immanuel.  Develop and monitor internal and external website content, social media marketing and campaigns. Collaborate with key influencers to develop video and photo storytelling that supports the goals of the organization.  Supports and lives out Immanuel’s Mission and CHRIST Promises.

Key Responsibilities and Duties of the Job

Digital Marketing

  • Develop digital marketing vision and strategy to support business goals.
  • Develop and monitor marketing campaigns using social media storytelling, email, photography and videos.
  • Responsible for establishing online marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
  • Work directly with social media channels, when appropriate, go through an agency to establish and maintain relationships with social media channel partners.
  • Contribute to and regularly update external social media sites:  Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and other community sites.
  • Recommend new social media tools, sites, and Apps as part of the social media mix.

Writing/Marketing Content

  • Develop social media content and web content updates.
  • Create and manage digital marketing materials, including writing promotional copy, video editing coordinating with the Immanuel brand design and graphics.
  • Develop content or promotional ideas calendar for various sites.

Marketing Analytics

  • Monitor, track and adjust social media campaigns to meet identified campaign objectives.


  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.



  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education requirement.


  • Two (2) years of experience working in a company marketing department or an advertising agency or related experience is required.
  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience with digital marketing, business photography, video directing, shooting and editing. Previous experience interviewing and documenting the story for web and social media.  
  • Previous experience with managing all social channels.
  • Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

KSA- Knowledge Skills and Abilities-

  • Proficient in social media, web content management.
  • Skills in marketing platforms including measurement and tracking of Google, Email Marketing Platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of brand management and lead generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to professionally and effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms, including speaking before groups.
  • Ability to be a self-starter who is capable of taking the initiative to effectively perform job duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and  plan effectively using proactive approach, keeping appointments and following through on commitments.
  • Ability to think strategically.
