Director Treasury


Lead Treasury function towards new higher levels of modernization, technology implementation, and treasury specific subject matter expertise.

Provide management direction for the treasury activities of the organization.  Oversee implementation and delivery of the services, tools, resources, and responsibilities of the treasury function. 

Lead the treasury modernization initiative with focus on organization, culture, and technology resulting in a treasury department with a strategic focus that is dedicated to supporting the enterprise by developing a continuous improvement culture with a focus on technology and implementation of industry best practices.

What you do

* Responsible for treasury function including management of all operational financial institution accounts and the administration of all services utilized within these accounts which includes wire transfers, ACH transactions, positive pay, stop payments and credit card operations.
* Build and maintain external banking relationships and leverage relationships to enhance services, increase income and reduce fees. Oversee RFP processes.
* Build and maintain internal relationships with diverse lines of businesses in order support their specific treasury needs.
* Develop continuous process improvement strategy which includes automation and the implementation of new technology.
* Responsible for cash forecasting for the enterprise and working capital management. Lead financing activities that may include syndicated lines of credit, letters of credit and other types of financing.
* Oversee the development of key business indicators and metrics including SLAs. Communicate to business leaders and internal business partners on the same.
* Manage a small team of treasury professionals.
* Risk management focused on operational risk including treasury processes, payments, security, and access

What you bring

* 7 or more years overall experience required in the areas of cash forecasting, , process improvement, and the broader treasury profession.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other finance related certification desired.
* 4 or more years of management or people leadership experience required.
