2nd VP, Advisory Services


Focus on strategy of RIA advisory services to drive growth in sales, support, and service.

This 2nd VP, Advisory Services position will drive alignment between our multi custodial platforms and our Wealth Management Strategy.  Lead the strategic development and management of Advisory platforms, programs, pricing, and direction. Provide leadership and influence over Advisory operational activities. Work with field partners to drive asset under management (AUM) growth and bottom line Advisory income.

What you do

* Utilize advanced knowledge of the Advisory industry, including all key platforms and technology, as well as Advisory program structures, and pricing.
* Manage product offerings and drive sales through the Broker Dealer and RIA distribution channels.
* Develop a premier sponsor program to drive additional direct revenue.
* Oversight of fee billing and advisory operations. 
* Support compliance, supervisory, and related functions for Ameritas Investment Corp. LLC, and the Ameritas enterprise.  Collaboration with compliance and supervisory associates will be key to success.

What you bring

* 10 to 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry required.
* 10+ years’ experience in the advisory field is required.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth, driving sales initiatives, and delivering on increasing sales goals is required.
* Advisory platform design development and implementation experience required.
* Strong working knowledge of relevant RIA fiduciary rules and regulations required.

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 desired.
