Project Manager III


Manage projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Drive business objectives forward delivering projects employing various delivery frameworks. This position will use either Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum processes to work with project teams delivering projects for the business.  Assignments may include providing coordination between teams using different methodologies and providing management reporting and cross-team synchronization.

What you do

* Work with sponsor to understand strategic alignment and define deliverables, benefits, success criteria, assumptions, constraints, and steering team membership.
* Identify project costs and work and manage those with sponsor.
* Identify causes of variance in cost and schedule, document lessons learned to allow for continuous improvement to the delivery process.
* Ensure stakeholders understand how deliverables change business processes and ensure appropriate training is planned
* Establish and follow review/approval process for deliverables while identifying and actively managing risks and issues
* Actively manage scope changes that affect the scope, cost, quality, and schedule and provide alternatives to steering team and sponsor for approval
* Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution between stakeholders
* Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

What you bring

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and relevant experience required.
* 2-4 years or greater of relevant experience in project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile / Scrum required.
* PMI PMP, PMI ACP, ACP, or other similar certifications are desired.
