Leads the financial operations of multiple agencies within a region, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, client finance, financial analysis and reporting, capital budgeting, and operational budgeting. Follows the seven essential practices of leadership and assures finance and operations staff receive appropriate training to perform tasks/duties.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting required. Minimum of four years of experience in a related field. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience may not be substituted for education.
