National Account Manager

The National Account Manager is responsible for leading service delivery by using strong subject matter knowledge about company products to resolve complex service issues. This position works independently and influences others to achieve operational targets and customer retention.

What you do

* Responsible for managing key account relationships.
* Product and busines process expert in life insurance or annuity products.
* Annuity expertise is preferred but not required.
* Take the lead on inquiries that are complex and provide information and solutions to field partners.
* Assist in the implementation of new programs.
* Strong technical aptitude preferred.
* Have autonomy to identify business process gaps and then work to adjust or enhance systems and processes.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to provide a professional experience when interacting with Agents, Independent Distribution Partners, Regional Sales Vice Presidents and other cross-functional partners
* Provide training and mentoring to service associates on the team.
* Ability to solve complex problems, and work cross functionally with other departments to bring service issues to a close.
* New Business or Policyholder service is preferred.
* Manage small to medium sized service projects.

What you bring

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
* 2 years or more of related experience required

* Strong Customer Service Skills
