Practice Management Consultant

Act as part of a team to collaborate on practice management consultations and partner with Sales Training & Education team.  This role will be responsible for providing optimized services and solutions to enable our advisors to achieve their important business objectives such as increasing revenue and lowering overhead expenses.

This role will help shape the strategic direction of the team including the ability to create and implement practice management tools while managing internal and external partnerships to ensure success of the company and our advisors.  Travel (within the United States) will be necessary in this role 25% to 50% of the time.

What you do

* Influence financial professional practices to achieve business results.
* Enhance and improve programs and services of each business unit. Develop new value-added products to offer advisors. Ensure content and curriculum is periodically updated. Ensure effectiveness of tactics and activities. Coordinate marketing material and sales campaigns to increase usage of the program.
* Collaborate with your team of practice management coach/consultants. Help determine campaigns and ensure effective execution.
* Use Salesforce to effectively manage prospects and activity. Track and report advisor engagement.
* Delivery of practice management programs and services to Ameritas field partners.
* Meet with prospective advisors regarding practice management programs.
* Provide consulting and coaching to Practice Management clients on a range of business issues, including business strategy, people management, and structure and workflow.
* Partner with Regional VP’s and internal sales team to identify opportunities for growth in Ameritas field partner practices.

What you bring

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience required
* Series 6/7 required. 
* Series 7 and 66 preferred.
* 4-7 years’ experience working with financial services practices
* The ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time will be required
