Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to drive the business utilizing Advanced Salesforce administrator skills. Help define and optimize business processes and align with Salesforce and integrated systems areas including Sales, Finance, Sales Tools, and Data Management.

Essential Job Functions

* Utilize advanced Salesforce administrator skills (Internal Support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes, reports, dashboards and overall environments)
* Work with Salesforce CPQ or other price/quote systems
* Work with DocuSign, Conga or related toolsets
* Liaise with both the business and technical organizations to determine the scope, timeline, and impact of new Salesforce features and enhancements. Introduce new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
* Support all Salesforce integrations, tools, and third-party applications. Assist with vendor partnership processes with cross-functional stakeholders from app/tool identification, license management, and user training.
* Meet deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Work within defined SLA's and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
* Decompose high-level information into details, and abstract upwards from low-level information to a general understanding
* Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications
* Work with stakeholders to develop data management policies, revise existing policies, and establish data related rules and procedures across systems
* Drive adoption of Salesforce and manage day-to-day user requests by setting expectations through effective communication
* Identify gaps in sales and customer lifecycle processes, policies, data manageability, and contribute to solutions/improvements. Proactively identify system, foundational, and process improvements; make actionable recommendations, and drive execution to implement change
* Train current users as system and process changes and improvements are released. Develop, create content, and conduct training for updates/new business processes, workflows, and tools/integrations
* Build reports and dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs to drive sales efficiencies

Requirements

* 5+ years Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, and Data Management experience
* Proven understanding of the principles of data management and administration
* Analytical background with strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau and/or Looker preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
