Job Skills / Requirements

Who we’re looking for
TEAM is looking for a for a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our product development team. The Quality Engineer will work with other agile team members to complete testing and analyze software components to ensure usability and applicability to the business/customer requirements. The Analyst will create test scripts and perform regression testing, while providing testing support of all TEAM products, environments, software/hardware upgrades, installer testing. The Analyst will also be involved in requirements writing as needed and SaaS integration testing during releases/maintenance.

Job Skills/Requirements

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or minimum of equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineer testing with automation testing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate within an Agile team by writing stories, acceptance criteria and participate in agile ceremonies


Qualifications Preferred :
• Team Foundation Service experience
• Experience with Quality Engineer Testing tools such as: SmartBear, SoapUI, VSO
• An understanding of:
o Accounting principles
o Financial and labor management practices and systems
o The industries TEAM targets (building service & security contractors)
o Business technology & terminology
