Do you ever wish you could walk out of a meeting and take a project from start to finish ALL by yourself?  You will have direct access to engineers who will use your creation on a daily basis, and you’ll have all the tools & resources you’ll need to create something great. This role comprises of End-to-End software development where your name is attached to the product you create and you get to see the fruits of your labor as your co-workers use your creation on a regular basis.  

We are looking for a software developer who truly gets into making things.  We would like at least 3 years of .NET programming experience (desktop and web applications). Salary range of $58k to $95k, depending on experience, plus bonus and excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, SQL server, Visual Studio and enterprise applications.  This role will assess user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current systems and computer capabilities. Responsibilities include interacting with engineers on a variety of projects and software types to solve problems. Flexibility and adaptability are a plus and a background in engineering is helpful though not necessary.  This position offers a lot of creative freedom and the ability to have ownership of projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Construct/configure, install and maintain basic application or system software.
•    Program using various Microsoft technologies or IBM iSeries technologies.
•    Review enterprise application capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible as it relates to existing systems.
•    Design or modify enterprise applications to meet the business needs of the company.
•    Prepare flow charts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow.
•    Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
•    Assist in testing of application or system software and configurations.
•    Adhere to appropriate system development standards and process methodology.

Requirements:

•    Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalents combination of education and experience
•    .NET programming experience with Microsoft technologies
•    Experience supporting ERP systems or a willingness to learn
