The Microsoft Solutions Architect is a senior technical role that works closely with the FNTS sales team as a technical advisor and solutions consultant, helping to drive the qualification and conversion of new opportunities within the FNTS Microsoft Cloud services offerings. This position partners with potential customers to define business requirements and works closely with key resources in Service Delivery to develop cost effective Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.

The Microsoft Solutions Architect is a senior technical role that works closely with the FNTS sales team as a technical advisor and solutions consultant, helping to drive the qualification and conversion of new opportunities within the FNTS Microsoft Cloud services offerings. This position partners with potential customers to define business requirements and works closely with key resources in Service Delivery to develop cost effective Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.

This role can be located anywhere in the US since this role will be remote/work from home. Applicants must be willing to travel about 10-20% if needed to visit onsite with customers.

 

Microsoft Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer facing sessions to gather business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Complete solution / architectural design sessions with customer in order to drive rapid adoption of Azure and O365 solutions.  
  • Architect hybrid cloud solutions using the FNTS and Microsoft Azure clouds that meets customer business requirements and solves business problems.
  • Complete bid models and generate pricing proposals for the designed solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Sales team during all stages of the sales cycle.  
  • Consult with customers to develop their public cloud journey map, maximizing the value of the FNTS CSP relationship.
  • Serve as a Microsoft Cloud licensing expert, using your knowledge to strategically position clients for the future. 
  • Develop high level design documentation that provides ease of implementation.
  • Maintain the highest level of Microsoft Public Cloud expertise.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 & AZ-304) or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and providing solutioning in Microsoft Azure Environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience architecting and delivering cost effective Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft CSP program.
  • Ability to develop relationships and build trust with customers, partners, and technical resources. 
  • Experience developing and presenting proposals to technical, business, and executive leadership. 
  • Ability to provide recommendations and strategy on migrations to Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% if needed.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $97,731.00-$156,146.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - Nebraska

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
