Support the Ameritas Group Division by optimizing functionality and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

This position will be responsible for supporting the Ameritas Group Division Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud instances to achieve business objectives.  You will learn about division products and processes and suggest ways for the existing enterprise technology to support and enhance delivery of desired business outcomes. 

Success in this role involves an ability to:

* Collaborate with stakeholders and technology development teams to create strategies and functionality that support short- and long-term business objectives.
* Create and execute interactive marketing campaigns and administer specific channels using developed user personas and journeys.
* Create strategic business infrastructure roadmaps including on-premise, hybrid and cloud technologies.

What you do

* Support Salesforce platforms – Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud.
* Aid through coordination and follow-up on requests, questions, problems, and malfunctions of systems applications, hardware or software supporting internal and external customers. Resolve simple requests and escalates complex requests to appropriate areas. Assist in documentation of business processes and systems.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure systems support business strategies and processes.
* Research and analyze the best user experience within systems and user personas and journeys; understand customer expectations and tailor systems for the user experience.
* Document baseline information and requirements; translate technical details into business relevant language.
* Digital marketing and third-party application support. 
* Provide issue support and help with resolution..
* Measure the effectiveness of systems and provide robust reporting as needed. 
* Develop and define project roadmaps.
* Apply best practice methodology.
* Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.

What you bring

* 1-2 years of relevant experience working within Salesforce in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or a combination of the three.
* An understanding of how marketing and communication methodologies and technical platforms work in tandem.
* Associate degree in a relevant field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
