You’re passionate about Salesforce and want to join a company with a broad CRM team. As part of this team, you’ll be tasked with delivering enterprise-grade solutions that scale with millions of rows of data. Depending on the role you’re hired into, you could be doing Salesforce development, administration or architect-related work.


  • Develop, maintain and integrate applications and systems that support the business operations
  • Know the tools and languages used to develop, maintain and execute systems
  • Act as an internal consultant and mentor to more junior staff where you will provide task-level leadership, guidance and direction
  • Ensure appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect company data from intentional or accidental misuse
  • Analyze and translate business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Work with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high-level, conceptual design for the project
  • Analyze technical requirements; identify and evaluate alternatives for technology and integration across applications and system
  • Develop enterprise-level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms
  • Develop and pilot new architectures to support application requirements leveraging reusable components
  • Review new applications for conformance to existing architectures
  • In this role you’ll be sitting over 66% of the time and need visual acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time

This job posting is reflective of the Application Developer essential functions, qualifications, and physical requirements. The Analyst and Architect levels have variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family.


  • Four years systems experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in assignments
  • Can configure and develop for a large Salesforce organization (3,000+ users)
  • Strong knowledge of Lightning components and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Asynchronous and Batch Apex
  • Experience with Apex integration methods for external systems (web callouts, Apex endpoints, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce’s sharing and record visibility structure with an emphasis on hierarchy-based sharing
  • Experience with automated User Record provisioning via SAML
  • Experience in optimizing code and queries for high volumes of data (millions of rows)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related system and/or business-related field of study (or equivalent work experience)


  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect, Platform Developer 2 Certification or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • Knowledge of the company’s business functions and financial service’s business processes
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities
  • Strong customer relations skills (with all levels of internal and external customers)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Java development using the Spring Framework
