What does a great Client Support Representative do?

Do you love solving problems? Are you great at communicating over the phone and email?

Join a dynamic team directly supporting our valued clients. By providing them with business and technical support for the Premier product line, you will improve the customer's experience and contribute to the client success. Experience with loan origination or servicing will be helpful as you will often need to determine accuracy of the software to ensure loan rates are properly calculated and to provide insight into account balance and calculations. As a team we provide support including training, system evaluation, quality assurance, documentation review, and client assistance to resolve their questions. Your day will consist of fielding approximately 25 calls from our clients and responding to ticket requests in Service Point, experience in this setting will be necessary.

You can look forward to:

  • Working across multiple departments and with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Providing extraordinary customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving reported problems, which may involve replication and testing efforts to resolve.Monitoring open cases to ensure resolution per the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Monitoring technical support issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough records in the ServiceNow system. Answering questions and resolving client issues relating to the Loan Application and other Loan related products.
  • Simulating or recreating complex customer problems to resolve user operating difficulties.
  • Providing first level support to clients, initiating and maintaining regular contact with the client base by phone or written communication through the client portal to coordinate the resolution of complex problems.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years working loan servicing
  • 2+ years' experience in client services
  • Ability to work in Lincoln, NE

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • 4 Year college degree
  • 4+ years of work experience in banking, preferably with the Premier Loan applications
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Experience troubleshooting computer applications or other technical products
