What does a phenomenal Client Technical Support Representative do?

You will work with very expert, respected and knowledgeable people in the financial industry; responsible for supporting our clients (Financial Institutions) who utilize Fiserv’s “leading edge” banking products. Day to day, you are going to provide application support by consulting with our clients on the functionality and optimal use of the products. Are you ready to join Fiserv today?

As a Client Technical Support Rep, you can look forward to:

  • You will meet or exceed targeted goal of client satisfaction
  • You will effectively resolve customer issues
  • You will ensure the clients are enabled and experience a successful system
  • You will assist Product Development with Quality assurance of software changes

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a customer service and/or customer support role.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • 4-year college degree (Equivalent work experience may be substituted.)
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in the finance industry or customer service as a personal banker, deposit servicing, customer information, general ledger, or operations
  • You have expert knowledge in an operational area of a financial institution
  • You have knowledge of Fiserv products
  • Your background in Financial Banking is preferred
  • You are someone with business understanding
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You take initiatives, make effective decisions and results oriented
  • You are a teammate who can collaborate with other team members
  • You have experience with analytical thinking
