This Senior Representative, Policy Services position is responsible for new business customer service, supporting issuance and administrative functions, and case management of products/plans. This position must accurately interpret new business requirements and follow current procedures in accordance with company, industry, and state regulations,. The position will assist in the identification of system and processing related issues and stay abreast to product and case education. The position plays a critical role in shortening turnaround time within the business and is responsible for building a stronger, more productive collaboration with the distribution partners.

What you do

* Research customer needs and problems; develop informed, innovative solutions, take decisive action within defined parameters of authority and build customer loyalty while maintaining the financial and procedural integrity of the case.
* Proactively communicate with customers.
* Service the policy throughout the new business lifecycle.
* A working knowledge of the functions and systems across the organization as they relate to administrative functions.
* Meet or exceed service standards with respect to accuracy, turnaround time and overall quality of work product and service.
* Requires a high level of detail and multi-tasking in addition to excellent and courteous customer service.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding applications and products.
* Provide service, distribute information and/or communicate to agent partners.
* Work collaboratively across functions in order to provide a seamless and positive agent experience in every interaction.
* Act as a subject matter expert when working with internal and external parties.
* And additional duties as required.

What you bring

* High School Diploma or GED
* 2-4 years related experience required
* ACS certification preferred
