Spreetail is seeking a HR Business Partner that will have a strong influence over how strategic business decisions are made in the team.  This person's success would be measured against the performance of talent (gaps in critical capability, team health, YoY skills development, overall performance). They will maximize capacity and performance of our talent, and ensure organizational smooth functioning, scaling and success. 

As a Business Partner, you will:

    • Help the team prioritize and execute the right strategic initiatives through thought leadership.
    • Manage talent effectively to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
    • Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline.  
    • Drive departments toward correlating business results (i.e., production or sales) with individual results.
    • Provide insightful data on the financial value and future worth of people-centric programs and plan for execution once approved.
    • Provide proactive solutions to business needs regarding hiring, succession planning, performance management, coaching and recognition.
    • Solve issues by getting to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, even those beyond people and organizational boundaries.
    • Give honest feedback and coaching to individuals and teams.
    • Act as a project manager for cross-functional projects and objectives aiming to increase productivity, innovation and communication.
    • Act as a counselor in escalations to help find win-win solution in difficult situations.

Requirements:

    • At least 7 years of experience working in a human resources role.
    • Experience in succession and workforce planning as well as building compensation models.
    • Collaboration with technology or software teams preferred.
    • Have worked in a fast growing company, helping scale people and processes.
