These internships will run from end of May to mid-August 2020.

The Customer Experience team is here to delight our customers and keep them coming back.  They are the center point for many collaborative departments at Spreetail, and assume responsibility for reducing customer pain points as they relate to marketplace policies, product specific questions, and more. 
  
As a Customer Experience intern, you are the face of the company to every customer. You are a determined problem solver and think about the big picture without losing sight of the details. You are generous and treat every customer as the most important. You are goal-oriented and ready to be challenged by our aggressive metrics!  
 
Customer Experience Interns have the most interaction with the customers, providing support over the phone and via email.  It is imperative that every customer leaves with a positive impression! We sell our products across a number of marketplaces, you will be responsible for answering customer questions regarding any of the policies on any one of those sites and questions around any of the products we carry, while also making quick business decisions in order to ensure that their experience is a positive one. In between calls and emails, you will work on essential tasks that are based on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Jet, and Walmart to make sure that we are continuing our 99.8% positive rating!  

You should be:

    • Timely and comfortable working at a desk from 7:30am - 5:30pm
    • Empathetic when working with customers
    • Eager to learn and participate in the team's intensive onboarding and training program
    • Willing to go above and beyond - pushing yourself to meet our aggressive goals
    • Accountable to your workload as summer is Spreetail's busiest time of year
    • Open to giving and receiving feedback from supervisors and other team members
    • Flexible and willing to multitask, shifting between calls, emails, and essential tasks
