    POSITION DESCRIPTION: Ensure the performance and availability of SAP-based systems to meet the needs of our business and modify as need to achieve that goal. Troubleshoot and resolve system availability and performance issues. Monitor and assess system health and integrity, and perform and recommend corrective action to prevent or resolve issues. Perform troubleshooting, capacity planning and problem analysis/resolution. Perform system tuning and testing for optimal performance. Review and approve detailed technical specifications related to systems incidents, problems and changes. Develop, document and adhere to software programming, testing and maintenance standard procedures and best practices. Ensure software system requirements are being met in accordance with corporate compliance.

    Requirements: 
    - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, or related. 
    - Must have 5 years post bachelors experience as a Lead Senior Systems engineer, Systems Analyst or related. 
    - Experience must include: maintaining SAP infrastructure hosting applications to run payroll closure, SAP cloud platform to host HR Solutions & HANA based systems; solution manager (SM) setup, configuration for operations, system monitoring, technical monitoring, SMD Agent installation & configuration for system & technical monitoring, setting up EWA reports for ABAP & Non-ABAP systems, maintenance optimizer configuration for SM; system monitoring & performance tuning of SAP application & DB; SAP projects involving SAP installation, SAP Kernel & database upgrade, SAP version upgrade & support pack update, system refresh, OS/DB migration & integration projects involving sap Open text, PANAYA, OneSource, Informatica; & basis support of SAP environment including SAP ERP, SCM, SRM, CRM, TR_EX, Portal, PI, Live Cache, SM Components.
