Ameritas is seeking an Senior Customer Service Rep and is responsible for supporting service delivery by using established knowledge of company products and processes as well as by conducting basic analysis to process or support service-related tasks. This position works under limited supervision and may provide guidance to entry level associates or peers.

Essential Functions:

* Communicate by phone or written correspondence with field partners, clients and vendors to answer general questions, discuss transactions, or resolve issues.
* Document customer inquiries and related customer or associate performance data electronically. May utilize systems to run/monitor reports and evaluate metrics to measure performance and attainment of service objectives for customer service associates.
* May assist new business team(s) with processing back office support functions and/or may assist management with support/reporting functions.
* Protect the confidentiality of clients to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.
* Train, coach, and/or provide feedback to other service associates to reinforce and continually develop customer interaction skills.
* Collaborate with management to share insight on customer interactions and workflow and recommend enhancements to achieve service metrics.
* Maintain a proficient understanding of products, plans, industry terms, and related regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

* H.S. Diploma or GED
* 2-4 years of related experience
* Series-7-General Securities Rep (GS)
