Position Summary

As the primary customer experience diagnostic for our Fortune 500 client base, our measurement delivers insight and root cause direction to drive change in customer interactions across all customer lifecycle touch points (acquisition, care, retention, engagement).The  Analyst role is designed to create a key understanding of our measurement business, supporting our growth as well as individual professional growth. Partnering with leaders within TPG, you will develop business expertise and gain leadership experience.

TPG is not a call center, nor does this position require being on the phones or sales.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize voice, chat and email media, observe and accurately evaluate interactions between clients and customers Assess phone, chat or email Customer Experience and provide quality feedback to internal customers and team members.
  • Meet both individual and team revenue and sampling goals each month
  • Be receptive to coaching and professional development
  • Utilize reports and team guidance to identify customer experience opportunities
  • Participate in all scheduled development activities including calibrations, feedback sessions, training, special projects, etc.
  • Participate in mentorship program for professional development
  • Remain current on client knowledge to support Customer Experience program development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or technical school coursework preferred
  • Three years of industry related experience in a Customer Experience, CRM, quality management, product delivery, consulting or research environment
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite
