This position completes assigned tasks while fulfilling regulatory and internal obligations and deadlines and provides support for processing and/or reporting functions within assigned areas. This position contributes to customer loyalty and retention by supporting and adhering to established processes.

Essential Functions

* Investigate, record, and/or monitor the receipt and response to grievances and appeals as directed.
* Report errors, inconsistencies, improper processing practices, and may make recommendations to management.
* Apply general knowledge of regulations and perform duties in compliance with such regulations.
* Complete assigned tasks and adhere to deadlines.
* Handle internal and external customer calls and emails.
* Assist in training new associates on processes and procedures.

Qualifications

* H.S. Diploma or GED required

* Less than 2 years related experience required And
* 2-4 years related experience preferred
