You Are

  • Experienced teaching and mentoring others in consumer insights
  • Knowledgeable about various research methods and have experience conducting them
  • On top of research techniques, trends, tools, and methods
  • Committed to qualitative and quantitative data working together
  • An analyzer of research data and drive actionable conclusions from it


You Will

  • Contribute fresh, new ideas and ways of thinking about consumer insights to our team
  • Tell powerful and convincing stories with the data you collect
  • Lead insights projects involving user interviews, usability studies, field studies, and surveys
  • Shape Hudl's products and actions with actionable customer insights
  • Inform and influence Hudl's tailored customer experience
  • Be the voice of the customer and shape how Hudl thinks about the user experience
