We are seeking a detailed-orientated, adaptable individual who enjoys supporting others. In the Administrative Assistant role, you will provide high level comprehensive and professional administrative support for the SVP, Human Resources.

Essential Job Functions

* Manage day to day administrative tasks for the SVP, Human Resources
* Proactively maintain the calendar and schedule for the supported executive
* Seek opportunities to handle details and maximize the efficiency for supported executive
* Scheduling of meetings and resolving conflicts to maintain schedule clarity
* Takes notes in meetings and sends action items to those in attendance managing follow up action items
* Compiles and distributes agendas and materials for various meetings
* Assists in development and preparation of reports and presentations in word, PowerPoint and excel.
* Coordinates and facilities room setup with accompanying technology anticipating needs
* Assists in expense reporting, processing invoices, and completing purchase orders
* Assist with Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

* Minimum 2-4+ years' experience in administrative assistant positions of increasing responsibility for senior leadership
* High School Diploma or GED required with preference to related post-secondary education or bachelor's degree
* Able to interact within all levels of the business and must maintain very high levels of confidentiality
* Strong relationship/interpersonal skills are essential, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organization and prioritization skills necessary, with a detailed oriented focus
* Advanced technical expertise in various windows applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
* Ability to comprehend and apply knowledge regarding complex business initiatives during the course of daily business
