Position Details:

CSG is looking for a Manager Global Compensation to provide consultative expertise in compensation program analysis & design across a diverse group. In partnership with global Total Rewards, the Manager Global Compensation will develop and implement compensation solutions for sophisticated business problems, all while understanding business drivers & opportunities and balancing regional consistency & business flexibility. The Manager Global Compensation will make business recommendations to senior leadership and support implementation of approved recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and guidance to HR and Business Leaders on pay decisions, policy & guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan and process revisions as well as modernized, new cost-effective solutions, consistent with market trends and corporate objectives
  • Manage and develop Compensation Consultant(s)
  • Provide HR integration support for acquisitions by analyzing and converting appropriately M&A compensation programs as needed
  • Partners with the development and delivery of compensation education for HR teams, managers, and employees
  • Leads/participates in additional projects as required
  • Develop sophisticated models and forecasts that support organization wide decision making.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred


  • Minimum 8 years progessive experience in global compensation management


  • Experience in the technology industry
  • WorkDay and MarketPay experience
  • Equity experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices including equity compensation
  • Demonstrated ability to work highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables and priorities
  • Ability to effectively manage change in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Ability to build and foster partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to use a personal computer.  Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
