Position Details:

CSG is looking for a Compensation Consultant Sr to help lead global compensation programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select, develop, maintain, and implement global compensation programs
  • Responsibilities include managing base pay, variable incentive pay, performance management, and rewards and recognition
  • Lead annual market, merit, and performance review processes
  • Conduct research, perform complex analyses, and manage projects
  • Consult with HR business partners and management to develop job descriptions, career paths, and org structures
  • Support and provide input to training programs and change management initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must have experience with global compensation programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to apply problem solving methodologies in a global enterprise environment
  • Understanding of financial measures, business case creation, measurement and software apps, and development lifecycles
  • Intermediate/Advanced PC and MS Office skills
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and ability to perform mathematical calculations and operations
  • Workday experience a plus
