Position Details:

This position provides fee-based work around the implementation of the CSG solutions and products at various clients across the country. Additionally, this role will serve as a point-of-contact for our clients during the implementation process (from contract execution through maintenance) and assist them standardize the use of CSG products to increase customer and client satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies. Will also assist the team(s) regarding project implementation status and identification of any risks or roadblocks that will help to drive product designs and product evolution.  A primary focus of the role is to build and maintain strong working business relationships with the client contacts by delivering quality results on time and within project scope.

Essential Job Functions 

Responsibility

Understand the clients’ business needs and identify/define solutions to achieve their business goals

•Review client business problem and develop solutions with more senior members of the team.

•Effectively communicate the solution to the client including the pros, cons, and risks.  

•Understand how the assigned work supports the client in achieving their goals and the associated impact if our work is not completed with high quality, on time, and within scope.

•Able to pull basic data from the system, understand it and make recommendations based upon analysis with guidance

Implement client solutions through product launches, configuration changes and/or data modifications

•Under the direction of more senior team members, participate in requirements gathering sessions, learn to perform gap analysis, system reviews, as well as data analysis.  

•Provide client parameter setting options documentation with recommendations as best option for implementation.

•Assist in the completion of effective deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, identifying risk, and ensuring appropriate escalations are handled and communicated appropriately  

Works with client contacts and internal team members to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner.   

•Research and solve basic problems utilizing established procedures and guidelines.  

•Follows the appropriate trouble-shooting methods with assistance and guidance.  

Travel

This job requires domestic travel up to 50%.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, and/or related field or the equivalent work experience.  

Experience

A minimum of one year of broad business experience in a related industry

Required

  • ACP configuration knowledge/experience
  • Hours – Position requires working after hours and/or weekends, as needed, to support certain projects

Preferred 

  • Experience with CSG’s Vantage platform.
  • Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management definition, configuration, implementation, or upgrade projects. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Proven willingness to be flexible and demonstrate collaboration with internal and external team members. 
  • Ability to organize and influence customers and internal team members. 
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. 
  • A general understanding of full end-to-end technical and operational solutions. 
  • Ability to manage projects effectively. 
  • Ability to use a personal computer.  Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
