Ameritas Investment Partners is seeking an Investment Operations Coordinator to support the business by monitoring investment data for individual investors.  This position will provide support to the Investment Operations & Wealth Management team through reporting, coordination, and assistance on a variety of areas.  This position will also monitor existing account updates and other requests while fulfilling both regulatory and internal obligations.

Essential Job Functions

* Perform accurate and complete data entry including retention of important documents
* Set up new accounts, resolve issues with both internal and external partners, streamline operational procedures to the field, and answer customer questions.
* Ensure account set up and maintenance is compliant with terms of program agreements
* Reconcile account related data through the operation of back office systems, including client information, reports, and other data
* Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures
* Conduct scheduled and ad hoc distribution of information as required including but not limited to client correspondence, surveys, reports, invoices, and statements
* Monitor incoming calls and emails; process account maintenance; verify, and manually research as required
* Collaborate with internal partners
* Adapt to changing environment and changing industry regulations

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required. 
* 2-4 years of relevant experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study desired.
* Previous experience in finance, financial services, or similar fields with a focus on mathematics and money strongly desired.
