Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you'll work with colleagues around the world to collaborate and solve complex business challenges through applying our human capital practices such as data analysis, total rewards, talent, employee and organizational development, employee engagement and team effectiveness, and learning and development. Your work may require trend analysis, benchmarking, development of communication packages, conducting research on emerging HR issues, project management, problem analysis, and solution implementation related to HR initiatives and current business needs.

Throughout the summer, the HR intern will be part of a larger cohort of interns who will learn about CSG, our business and industry through targeted opportunities, interactions with CSG leaders, and exposure to different areas within HR and CSG.  

Job Requirements:

  • In progress toward undergraduate degree in human resource management, business administration, management, organizational behavior, psychology or related field (strong preference to those going into their final year of a degree program)
  • Previous HR internship or work experience is a plus
  • Strong demonstrated career interest in human resources
  • Digitally literate, with advanced level experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of HR tools/systems a plus (Degreed, Workday)
