Associate Brand Designer

Hudl

Interested in working at Hudl? Awesome. Here’s what you need to know.

Our goal is to change the way coaches, athletes and analysts prepare for and stay ahead of the competition. Whether it’s with video, stats or a combination of the two, we want our tools to help every step of the way. That’s why we’re always hiring, and we need the best because a product is only as good as the people behind it.

Our brand design team is responsible for creating cross-channel campaigns that tell the story of Hudl and our users. In short, we’re an in-house, full-service marketing agency. Our clients are our coworkers. It’s as good as it sounds.

You will

  • Consider strategy and design. You are expected to understand the problem at its root, and offer solutions at every step, not just at the end of the design phase.
  • Work with other designers. We hire talented people with different backgrounds. You’ll lean on them because design works better together–as do individuals.
  • Tackle projects big and small. From social graphics and clinic brochures to web pages and design systems, we’re a full-service internal agency. There’s no telling what might come up.
  • Market a world-class product. Our brand is respected globally, and our job is to find better ways to present our product to new markets. It’s a good problem to have.
  • Bring depth and clarity to our products. You’ll use carefully crafted copy and professional imagery to help tell our product’s story—not just announce its features.

You are

  • Experienced. You’ve worked on actual client or internal work for a company, and know the rigors that come with it. Most importantly, this kind of environment excites you.
  • Hungry for more. We hire people eager to learn, develop and iterate. In fact, that commitment to growth and dedication is often rewarded.
  • Responsible. You take ownership in your work, hitting deadlines, meeting expectations and raising red flags when you see them.
  • Confident, yet humble. You know how and when to push back on certain details.
  • A team player. Not everything you work on will be the most exciting, but bigger projects have a way of hitting your plate when you deserve them.

We will

  • Treat you like an adult. We trust you to get work done and take a break when you need it. Use time off when you want and how you want.
  • Take care of you. Our health insurance and retirement plans will let you and your family sleep soundly.

Diversity at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. We understand the power of diverse teams, celebrate differences and champion inclusion.
