Hardware Operations Intern

Hudl

Interested in working at Hudl? Awesome. Here’s what you need to know.

Our goal is to change the way coaches, athletes and analysts prepare for and stay ahead of the competition. Whether it’s with video, stats or a combination of the two, we want our tools to help every step of the way. That’s why we’re always hiring—we need the best because a product is only as good as the people behind it.

Hardware is growing at Hudl as we realize more about how it can activate our software as a service business. The Hardware Operations team works closely with the finance, product, marketing and sales teams to strike a healthy balance between risk and reward for hardware products while consistently advancing technology and efficiency.

Reporting to the Hardware Operations Manager, this internship will handle a broad set of tasks across many parts of the business. We need an intern who’s organized and consistently prioritizes their work to fit the needs of the Hardware Operations team.

You Are

  • Skillful and adaptive. You’re extremely organized and jump on problems to find a solution.
  • Responsible. You take ownership of your work by hitting deadlines, meeting expectations and raising red flags when you see them.
  • A details wizard. You can articulate dates and details to anyone.

You Will

  • Communicate. Whether it's responding to coaches about delivery times or ensuring clinic attendees are packed and ready to go, you’ll be the communication center for all shipping and tracking for Hudl.
  • Coordinate. You’ll work with different carrier services to get products from one location to another. Scheduling pickups, monitoring and managing customer-owned hardware, helping with inventory returns and working with the Operations team is all in a day’s work for you.
  • Analyze. Take a step back when time permits and assess how to do each of these things better than we did before. You’ll make process recommendations to make things more efficient or save money.
  • Be an Expert. You’ll bring your logistics knowledge to Hudl in order to help guide process change and implementation.

We Will

  • Treat you like a full-time employee. You are part of the team with real responsibilities and the opportunity to make a big impact at Hudl. We want to hear what you think and will often ask you to weigh in on team decisions.
  • Give you what you need. We're happy to supply the environment and tools for success so you can focus on learning new skills.
  • Challenge you. Our internship program is designed to give you a challenging and rewarding experience -- along with daily lunch and swag.

At Hudl, we think of our internships as a great compliment to your education. As such, we offer year-round internship experiences with the potential of extension over the course of your educational career to students who are based in Lincoln, NE both in the school year and summer months.

Diversity at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer.  We understand the power of a diverse team, celebrate differences and champion inclusion.
