Job Summary:

In a career as a Web Technician, you will help us in providing unparalleled care to youth and families across the nation. The Web Technician supports existing websites by adding or changing content and graphics. This position also assists in testing, writes documentation, and trains end users.  No matter your role at Boys Town, you contribute to helping us change the future of America's youth.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday


  • Supports the development and maintenance of websites.
  • Keeps websites updated by adding or changing content and graphics, and creating online forms.
  • Develops support materials, including program documentation and operational instructions.
  • Collaborates with web development staff on implementing more complex web requests.
  • Provides support by monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving web requests.
  • Conducts end user training.
  • Assists with testing web applications.
  • Develops and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, related area, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of IT experience, including systems design.
  • One or more skills preferred: HTML, SharePoint, CSS, InfoPath, Microsoft Office.
