Position Description

Fiserv's Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional technology role. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience in the business world and unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, passion, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest will be the support system of the firm's future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in vital technology areas across the firm.

As part of Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program. Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates; January 19, 2021 and June 21, 2021.

Job Description:

Fiserv is currently looking for innovative and motivated Account Processing - Bank Solutions - Premier Product Development Analysts to join our Technology Analyst Program. As an Account Processing Analyst you will be responsible for developing and testing complex technical and architectural solutions that support Bank Solutions product strategies and address the market needs of Fiserv clients and their customers.

Job Duties:

Implementing design concepts, writing and testing software, troubleshooting defects, adhering to standards of the development life cycle, working agile alongside teammates to complete project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • An understanding or experience with the following: C#,, and supported .net frameworks.
  • JavaScript and frameworks including: React, AngularJS, or ASP.Net.
  • Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated functional testing – tools including Test Café, MS-Test, UFT, Selenium, Xunit, Nunit , etc.
  • Experienced with DVCS and source management tools including GIT or similar tools. Agile and/or DevOps experience including CI/CD, Docker, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in object-oriented software design patterns, development, data modelling, and SOLID principals.
  • Ability to resolve architectural problems including scalability, performance, reliability, usability & security.
  • A solid understanding of the relationship between software and hardware interaction Financial industry interest and experience is beneficial.
