Essential Job Functions

Ameritas Investment Company. (AIC) is one of the top broker/dealers affiliated with a life insurance company in the nation. AIC specializes in three primary businesses: Retail Brokerage, Investment Advisory Services and Public Finance. Ameritas Investment Company is looking for an AIC Supervision Intern to help with the below tasks:

* Incumbent will assist AIC with a multitude of projects and responsibilities of a wide skill range. 
* Analyze daily reports for contributions to existing annuity contracts
* Incumbent will analyze and research monthly fixed index annuity reports
* Conduct monthly audits of prompt forwarding reporting
* Incumbent will conduct research on activity within managed accounts
* Incumbent will work consistently on AIC advisory services and supervision teams. 
* Incumbent will take on additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* Actively enrolled in a college program.
* Able to fulfill at least a year-round commitment

* PT during the school year (15-20 hours)
* FT during the summer
* Ability to apply technology effectively
* Adept at use of Microsoft Office and internet searches
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and search out answers
* Well organized self-starter able to prioritize effectively
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* A strong desire to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
